Art for Advocacy is an annual children’s art contest for all kids in grades K-12 as part of Two Rivers United CAC’s commitment to our community during April’s Child Abuse Awareness Month. This program is designed to strengthen children and families and align with the HOPE Framework (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences).
- Intentionally designed art activities will increase dialogue around perspectives on safety
- Viewing others’ art fosters understanding of different experiences
- Collaborative projects build cooperation and shared goals across community agencies that serve children
Children of all ages are welcome to participate – and winners will be selected by a panel of volunteer community members.
