Forensic Interview Referrals:

MDT Members – Complete the contact form or call our office to schedule an interview.  Only Law Enforcement and Child Protective Services can make referrals for forensic interviews at the Child Advocacy Center. Please contact your local law enforcement or child welfare office if you suspect child abuse. After the initial report they will contact the Advocacy Center if needed.

Medical Services Referrals:

Medical service providers have an obligation to report suspected abuse.  Once you have completed an official law enforcement and CPS report:

  1. Contact our office for consultation to assist with P-SANE Referrals
  2. After hours, contact SJRMC Nursing Supervisor: 208-799-6607
